Overall it was a nice size and well furnished, with a private bathroom. All the staff was very very helpful and caring, resolved my issues. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to leave, I would love to come back...

Location was comfy and the hotel in general was cute, I appreciated it. My room included satellite TV, climate control and a microwave. Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. Location: the venue was just off Lockport as well as restaurants: D

Friendly staff made check-in easy. The outdated check-in process took longer than expected, frustrating. The room was clean and spacious. Parking available right outside the door. Nice touches like wine glasses in the room.
